As my husband is a paraplegic the room is very important. This was perhaps the most handicap accessible room we've ever stayed in. The room was well laid out the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the service at the desk was great. They also have a great selection of slots and table games.
It is always comfortable here. They have smoke gaming here but somehow, no matter how close you get to it you can't smell it at all. The temperature is always perfect, and they have some awesome free concerts coming through the world den. Tons of food choices and a great place to spend time just looking around. You can have a great night without spending money if you really wanted to.
There's a lot of different type of games. The $5 machines for roulette, blackjack and baccarat game is great. Very easy to navigate. The only downside is that even though it said smoke free gaming in different areas, people still smoke. But I would say it's better than 6 years ago that I had been there.
Lots of things to do here! A frequent visitor as my work brings me to the area often, my most recent trip was to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra play in the arena. Staff was very professional and helpful in getting us to our seats. There was also an abundance of holiday decorations with Christmas coming up which was exciting. I would recommend coming just over an hour early if your arena show is a popular one as their Summer garage tends to fill up closer to show time.
An absolutely fantastic experience! Gambling aside (as I don't feel that something I really need to touch upon), the shopping opportunities were plentiful, the live entertainment was enjoyable, and the food options were incredible! The only criticisms I would have would be that there were times when the smoke was a little intense, and the pricing of most of the restaurants was a tad on the high side. If not for these two issues, I would absolutely return in the future! Now, it's a coin toss.
